Century Farm Rabbitry
A small ARBA registered rabbitry located on a farm in Northern Ohio raising and showing rabbits since 2003. In 2020, we added Havana.
Our current breeds include Polish, Creme D'Argent and Havana. What started out as a 4-H project has grown into a hobby that both my mom and I enjoy. I started raising American Fuzzy Lops in 2003 as a youth breeder. When I went to college, my mom kept up the rabbits and now I have them at my farm. While we no longer raise American Fuzzy Lops, we have raised Polish for 10+ years and have added Creme

Even though we haven't been able to attend Spring shows, breeding is still happening. We introduced a new line this past winter that unfortunately produced many DQs. All litters were culled.
Started over with a different buck and was happy with the results. This litter is 8 weeks old. We did the first cut last night.
The next 4 weeks (9-12 weeks) the babies will go through many changes as they develop. π I'm going to try my best to not handle them to much because you can change your mind every time you touch them.
π€we have something to show in June.
π If you want to smile, check out the baby with hay in its mouth.
π° 1 week old baby bunnies. Now that we are past the first critical mark, I am going to show their weekly journey from the nestbox to the show table.
Note: this breeding is not my line
Thank you for the inquiries about Creme D'Argents for sale. Due to my surgery, I haven't bred. I am looking to breed in March/April.

I feel like I'm just starting to unwind from the ARBA Convention. So many things happened and when convention is in Indiana, great things seem to happen for us. Mom did great with her Polish.
π She won 1st place Black Jr Buck out of 43.
Pen Pals have been our go to feed for 20 years.

π€·ββοΈ To keep or not to keep? He is 6 months old.
Sweetest personality. Longer in the shoulder compared to his brother and lighter silvered, although his under color isn't bad. Also, going through a molt.
Takes more time to relax so posing can be a challenge.

I smiled when this picture came up in my memories today.
In 2017 we attended the ARBA National Convention and won BOV Broken in Polish. If you look at the picture, you will see a Creme D'Argent. I learned a lot that year with the breed. Sadly, I had to get out of them but am hoping to return back to Indy (first time the national convention has been back in Indy since 2017) with a fresh batch of Cremes.
I smiled because, yes, my mom and I did great in Polish but more because if you breed rabbits long enough, there are certain breeds that tug on your heart π and for me that is the Creme D'Argent.
