King and Dane Rums

The espresso martini, one of the most requested drinks at the Bellwether.

Now, here's a version that you can make at home using cold brewed King and Dane Coffee Liqueur and Heart of Gold Vodka

Ingredients:
2 oz Heart of Gold Vodka
1 1/2 - 2 oz King and Dane Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, made of 1/2 water and half sugar syrup)
5 drops of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of Instant Espresso (or sub 3/4 oz Strong brewed coffee)

Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly (20-30 sec)

Stain into a Martini glass, if desired top with a light sprinkle of Instant Espresso Powder

Enjoy the coffee flavors with all it subtle cold brew notes and the smooth vodka kiss.
