Mocha House Toledo is known for their organic, high-quality Yemeni coffee, but as non-coffee drinkers we decided to explore the other delicious treats they offer!

Here’s what we tried👇
🍫 Dubai Chocolate Croissant, so flaky with crispy pistachio and smooth chocolate
🍰 Caramel Milk Cake, moist, light and topped with rich caramel
🤎 Biscoff Cheesecake, a completely addictive iteration of the famous cookie
🍉 Watermelon Fruit Cake, fresh and incredibly tastes exactly like the fruit
🥝 Kiwi Dragon Fruit Refresher, the perfect drink for a hot summer’s day

We really loved how many unique flavors Mocha House Café offers in both their drinks and desserts. It’s a place where you can try something new with the comfort of knowing that it’s pretty much guaranteed to be amazing 😉

Which dessert do you want to try? 👀

Coffee Quest 419 is coming to a close, so we wanted to make one last stop at Rustbelt Coffee ☕️

Located in the heart of downtown, Rustbelt Coffee is clearly centered around community, with plenty of spots to gather with friends or coworkers.

While they don’t have many caffeine-free options, their hot chocolate gets five stars ⭐️ from us. Plus, there was just something special about soaking up the atmosphere of this coffee shop during our last excursion on Coffee Quest 419, with the coffee.

If you haven’t finished up questing, don’t worry! You have until June 14 to check in to all of the participating locations 👀

Thanks for following along on our caffeine-free adventures 🙌 Keep checking in for more features on local shops and foodie must-tries in the Toledo area.

Want to try ice cream that’s unlike anything you’ve had before? Check out Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard🍦

Jamie Neroni (eatwithneroni) joined us to experience Rita’s, one of 17 stops on Ice Cream Passport, and it was DELICIOUS. They have so many yummy options, and we couldn’t choose just one! Here’s what we tried 👇

🍧 Cotton Candy Gelati, a yummy multi-layered treat of Italian ice and frozen custard
🍧 Italian ice, in the dairy-free cotton candy and mango flavors as well as the creamy cookies n’ cream flavor
🍧 Caramel Frozen Coffee, perfect when you want ice cream for breakfast
🍧 Frozen Custard Sundae, a lighter-than-air vanilla custard garnished with a topping of your choice (we got peanut butter bits!)

If you have an Ice Cream Passport, make sure you get out there and start enjoying your scoops of ice cream, starting with Rita’s! Tag us at to share your adventure 🧡

Now, what do you think Jamie’s scam was? 💪🧑‍🍳🥑

We love everything about The Flying Joe 😍

The drinks? ☕️ Unforgettable.
The theming? ✨ Detailed.
The people? 🧡 So, so kind.

And without Coffee Quest 419, we might not have made it out to Perrysburg for this daytime retreat. So don’t take the last week of Coffee Quest 419 for granted! Get out there and discover a new coffee shop or appreciate an old favorite.

P.S. The Flying Joe is in the process of switching their seasonal menu, so they may not have their blackcurrant refresher anymore 😭 But we guarantee that they will have a new line-up of expertly crafted (and completely addicting) drinks, whether you’re a caffeine lover or going caffeine-free!

Think we found our new favorite hobby… 👀

Peace Love and Pottery Studio is THE place for the ultimate crafting experience, painting your own pottery!

They cater to all skill levels, which means it is so easy to have an artistic night out. All you have to do is bring your imagination!

Want to try it for yourself? Just…
🚶‍♀️ walk in during their open hours on Wednesday through Sunday or make an online appointment, which is recommended on the weekends
🏺 choose a piece from their huge selection of pre-fired bisqueware (seriously, they have everything from piggy banks to mugs to trinkets)
🎨 pick out your glaze colors with the help of the incredible employees
🖌️ paint three coats of each color while you chat with family, friends, or the new people you meet while there
⏰ leave your masterpiece to be fired and pick it up ready to use a couple of days later!

While we are far from master painters, we had a blast letting our creativity run wild as we learned to work with glaze and different paint brushes. We absolutely have to shout out the staff at Peace, Love & Pottery Studio, because they are so kind and seriously can help you with anything you might need 💕

You can also create an experience for any budget, with pieces starting at $10 and the average project costing about $25-35. For a three to four-hour activity, a useable craft and memories that will last you for years to come, that’s a pretty incredible deal!

Have you guys ever painted your own pottery? 🤔
