On the last day of school, Julia P. ’27 led our students and faculty in a school-wide sing-along of "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. With its message of perseverance and growth, not only was it was the perfect way to celebrate all we've accomplished this year, but got us energized for the summer ahead!

What a way to kick off summer! ☀️

Last Friday, we welcomed nearly 40 vendors and an amazing crowd of parents, students, alumnae, faculty and friends for the first-ever Trinity Hall Market.

From flowers, clothing and fresh produce to coffee, soap, makeup and more, there was truly something for everyone. We were especially proud to showcase businesses owned by Trinity Hall students, alumnae, parents, and board members.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, Trinity Hall student-artists performed live music throughout the day, sharing everything from popular favorites to classical instrumental pieces.

Thank you to our volunteers, Market Committee, vendors and performers for making the inaugural Trinity Hall Market such a fun and memorable community event. We can't wait to do it again!

During the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2026, commencement speaker Priscilla Loomis shared advice that she encouraged our graduates to take with them into their next chapter:

"As you move forward, embrace this truth: life will shape you, strengthen you and prepare you for more. Every challenge you encounter is building something within you - resilience, wisdom and courage. And through it all, your belief will be your foundation. Because possibility grows where belief lives."

The Trinity Hall Market is still ON! Due to the forecasted heat, tomorrow’s Market will be moved indoors to our beautiful, newly expanded Commons.

Don’t worry — You can still enjoy live music, delicious food and shopping from an incredible lineup of vendors. Moving indoors will help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, while making the first Trinity Hall Market an unforgettable event!

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 10 a.m.🌷🍓🍪

Sophomore STEM Final Project: We Built This City!

Last week, the sophomore class unveiled their interdisciplinary STEM final project — designing and building a sustainable city in southern Vietnam.

Using the skills they developed throughout the year in math, engineering, and chemistry, each group was tasked with creating a sector of the city. Acting as urban planners and civil engineers, students began by researching the region, using local architecture and infrastructure as inspiration for their designs and building materials.

Each group then selected sustainable materials, developed a budget and determined the most efficient energy source for their sector. When all of the pieces came together, the result was a vibrant, cohesive city complete with a city-wide monorail, colorful murals and plenty of green spaces, that looked as if it could fit in southern Vietnam.

Salutatorian Cornelia Sweeney, who will attend the University of Virginia in the fall, opened Trinity Hall's 10th commencement ceremony with the invocation. In her prayer, she asked for God's continued guidance as the Class of 2026 embarks on its next chapter:

"May you continue to wrap your arms around us as we reminisce on the joy and teachings gifted to us during our time at Trinity Hall. Allow us to carry those lessons with us as we develop into the strongest versions of ourselves. Help us shine our light to areas of darkness in this world.

The Trinity Hall Class of 2026 asks that you bless us as we move forward to conquer new challenges with compassion, ambition and kindness.

Today, we rejoice in the closing of this chapter as a new one opens filled with endless possibilities. With your eternal love and guidance, may we always find the courage to climb every mountain before us.

We pray in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen."

At Trinity Hall's 10th graduation ceremony, valedictorian Eliza Chiles, who will attend Yale University in the fall, shared her remarks. Eliza reflected on the journey of the Class of 2026 and identified the one unifying force that was with them throughout: music.

Drawing on lyrics from Fleetwood Mac, The White Stripes, The Beatles, Noah Kahan and "The Greatest Showman," Eliza revisited the moments that defined her class, celebrating the friendships, confidence, memories and strong class bond that grew throughout their time at Trinity Hall.

"As far as we may travel, we can always find a home in the friendships that transcend any distance. I know we will come back to Trinity Hall and to this community that we love so dearly. As the Class of 2026 moves forward, may we carry with us the boldness to keep becoming, the curiosity to keep learning and the love that reminds us we will always have a home in each other. These four years have been the greatest gift, and I'm so excited to see the songs you write for yourselves as you keep growing. "
