Watch as swirling pools of color transform into a gorgeous handmade card with this mesmerizing technique. 🐙🌊

Start by dropping alcohol inks onto Yupo paper with blending solution and using an ink blower to push the colors into dreamy sea water patterns.
Once dry, the magic really begins. Use Alcohol Lift Ink and a stamp positioner, stamp directly onto the panel and blot away to reveal a gorgeous under the sea background by lifting that ink using stamps. Add even more texture to the card by removing ink with the Lift Ink Reinker through a stencil.
The finishing touches of die cuts, stitching, and that perfectly colored focal image bring everything together into a card that looks like a true work of art.
Save this one — you’re going to want to try it! ⬇️

dives into a 90’s theme with a page created in the MEdia Watercolor Journal. Using colourful and bold products from Dina’s latest and fabulous release. ✨

Supplies:
Dina Wakley MEdia:
-MDA93541 Workplace Pad
-MDA92735 Painted Elements (Chroma Transparencies)
-MDA85959 Bold (Collage Papers)
-MDA88332 DWM Rub-Ons Their Mind
-Glosses: Watery, Sunshine, Taffy and Stoked
-Glue

Method:
A range of Dina’s glosses were applied to create a base. Sunshine Gloss with touches of Watery, Taffy, and Stoked.

Dina’s new Workplace Pad was a handy surface to create a palette of colours to swipe the new collage papers on, turning them multi-coloured. The Pad is also a great way to test colour partners.

The collage papers were added in torn sections over the base. Using a black and white face from the new rub-ons to add further black lines over the colours. A colour wheel circle was cut from the Workplace Pad and a new Chroma Transparency circle placed over the top using DWM Media Glue. Splats of Stoked added a pop to finish.
