This is precisely what it’s all about. Receiving texts like these is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job. While I’m not trying to be insensitive, this injury has had a profound impact on our clients’ lives. We’re gradually progressing towards increasing our range of motion and strengthening our muscles, and we’re making steady progress every day. As a society, we tend to be overly reactive to external stimuli, and it’s crucial that we change that. Instead of reacting, we should strive to be proactive and take steps to prevent injuries and improve our overall well-being. There’s no reason why everyone shouldn’t be actively involved in physical activity, whether it’s at the gym to improve their fitness and prevent injuries or simply to enhance their quality of life.
