Our Tuesday playdate with the usual crew—Ringo, Aspen, Olive, and Adley—was full of surprises today! 🐾 We decided to mix things up and host the fun over at Olive’s house. Everyone arrived thrilled to see each other, with Ringo stepping right into his stoic, supervisory role with just a hint of playfulness.
​Aspen was SO stoked to be there... until about 20 minutes in. She pulled the ultimate kid-at-a-sleepover move: "I really, really want to go to the party!" followed almost immediately by, "Okay, I’m bored, please take me home now." 🤣
​Since Adley has a special talent for fence-jumping, I brought him along as my trusty es**rt to walk Aspen safely back home. But when Adley and I returned to Olive’s yard? Plot twist. Olive was waiting and ready to keep the party going, but Adley was firmly in his "nope, I'm officially clocked out" era. Olive tried her best to coax him into a game of chase, but eventually just walked to her own back door and pawed to go inside! 🤷‍♂️
​And just like that, our usual 40+ minute romp wrapped up in 30! You have to love their quirky personalities. It's their playdate, and we just roll with whatever makes them happy! We’re going to try again on Thursday, maybe shifting the fun over to Aspen’s yard to see if our little homebody wants to hang out longer on her own turf. 🐶❤️

Lady headed home a little while ago, so I took a quick trip down to feed our feathered friends their dinner and enjoy the peaceful evening. 🐔✨ Now, Beefy and I are just kicking back and relaxing until it’s time to tuck the chickens—and ourselves!—in for the night.

Does anyone else have dogs that actually love going to the vet? 🐾
​Joy and Beefy Seal absolutely adore the entire team at Valley Dog and Cat Hospital! If you are ever looking for a phenomenal practice you can completely trust with your beloved furry friends, we can't recommend them enough. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and truly take the time to get to know both their patients and their human families.
​We had the best visit today! Beefy went in for his final check to see how his treatment healed up, and we are thrilled to share that he is completely healed and officially cancer-free!!! 🎉 Joy tagged along for her annual bloodwork and a quick checkup, and she was given a perfect, clean bill of health too.
​Much like the dogs who come to us look at us as their Auntie and Uncle, our dogs feel completely at home with this amazing team. All of our past and present pets, a couple of our fosters, and even some of our client dogs go there. They have won over each and every one of them—no matter what the dog's initial reaction to going to a vet might have been! We truly couldn't say enough good things.
