Last week, our leadership team came together at our headquarters for Think Forward, our Leadership Transformation Summit.

For over twenty years, Think has continuously evolved to meet our clients where they are. From delivering results through ex*****on, solving talent and capacity challenges, to guiding transformation for our clients.

Now, we are defining what comes next.

Think Forward was not a series of presentations. It was a working session where our leaders collaborated on the vision to build the future of Think in real time. Our team aligned on strategy, defining our operating model, and creating the roadmap that will guide our next phase of growth.

By the end of the two days, our team left with clarity, commitment, and a shared vision for turning strategy into outcomes for the clients we serve.

Think Consulting is looking to add a Junior Digital Media Specialist (Paid Advertising) to our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on experience working across multiple clients, industries, and advertising platforms in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role will support paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels while helping with campaign ex*****on, analytics reporting, optimization, and media management. You’ll work closely with our team on everything from audience targeting and A/B testing to reporting and campaign performance tracking.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Organized and detail-oriented
✔ Analytical and creative
✔ Comfortable managing multiple priorities
✔ Interested in growing within digital marketing and paid media

Ideal candidates will have:
• 1–3 years of digital marketing or paid media experience
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

One of the most important parts of a successful transformation is meeting the client where they are.

In this engagement, the client specifically requested an Agile and SAFe® transformation as part of their modernization effort. Our role was not to push a preferred methodology, but to design and lead a structured approach that fit their regulatory environment, risk tolerance, and operational realities.

Through a phased SAFe® implementation, pilot programs, PI planning, and hands‑on coaching, the organization transitioned from a mature waterfall model to Agile while maintaining governance, stability, and compliance.

This case study is a good example of how agile transformations work best when they are tailored to client needs, not forced into a one‑size‑fits‑all model.

As part of , Think and our partner HighPoint joined forces to assemble 288 hygiene kits in collaboration with Grace Helping Hands, supporting individuals and families in need in our community.

National Volunteer Week is celebrated annually during the third week of April and this year it will be observed from April 19 to 25. This week-long celebration is about placing a spotlight on inspiring figures whose invaluable seeds of kindness through volunteering are bettering the community and our world in general.

This week, Joe Poling, our President & CRO attended the NAB Show in Las Vegas! The show was as great as always with many productive meetings over the week!
