Eating well doesn’t have to be a budget-breaker. I believe that full flavors don’t have to be complicated and the words “from scratch” don’t necessarily mean time-consuming. As a working mom, it’s important to me to provide wholesome, flavorful and nutritious meals. Yet, most days I want to minimize my time in the kitchen so I can maximize my time with my family and friends. In this blog, I’ll sha

I served mini potatoes topped with sirloin steak and chimichurri sauce. Mini hash browns with salmon mousse and smoked salmon and dill on top. Polenta bites with whipped herbed goat cheese and mushrooms. And veggies with hummus, caramelized onion dip and spinach artichoke dip. Everyone loved the bites and it was so fun to cater such a beautiful space.

Fresh Pico De Gallo 03/17/2026

This Fresh Pico de Gallo is the salsa I make on repeat. It’s light, punchy, and loaded with juicy tomatoes, lime, and just the right amount of heat. It’s a staple for taco night and beyond.

Skip the reservation, comment “CRAB” for full recipe for my homemade Crab Cakes… we’re making them at home for Valentine’s Day.
These crispy Crab Cakes are golden on the outside, tender and packed with sweet lump crab inside. The key? Gently fold the crab (don’t overmix!), chill the patties so they hold their shape, then pan-fry in shimmering avocado oil for about 3 minutes per side until perfectly golden.
Serve with fresh lemon and my creamy homemade tartar sauce for that restaurant-level finish. 🍋
Simple. Elegant. So good.
