Chasing Miles Running Group

Today chasing miles ran with and denver for an easy 5k around the lake. Come out every Saturday for a fun run.

Today was nice and sunny! Nick decided to join today. It was long distance day. Mind my facial expression as i got sunburned.

Turned out to be a decent day for run! Thank you morning pick me up.

Kyle joined the running group today and we all went to for a nice post run refresher

**Update** Tomorrow for those runners who want to meet up at the lake, Caleb will be there at 8am. I will still be out of town but he will hold things down. Also coffee is the best if your a coffee lover.

I am a sucker for shoes and these Brooks Glycerin GTS came in for me to chase miles. HEADS UP…There will be no meet up this Saturday or next as i will be in Texas for my wife’s spring break. I encourage everyone to keep on keeping on and we will come back stronger then ever.

This Saturday will be our first meet up for whoever wants to run around the lake. The lake is 1.4 miles and everyone is welcome. Bring your friends, spouse, child, and/or pet. This is at your own pace and you can run, jog, or walk the course. Parking is across the street on 128th at lake village park. We will meet at the lake across from the lake village park.
