feedsâ us most in life is not food. In fact, when you consider 2-4 meals daily in about 45-60 MINUTES total, our lives are influenced by so much more, outside of whatâs on our plates. Why is the focus so much on âdietâ? It seems to avoid root causes and reasons some feel empty and exhausted. Are we missing connection, feeling stressed or burdened by the past? Whereâs the joy..? Awareness of feeling stuck, wanting to move on, thereâs often a feeling of our challenges or past/present hurts being too much to even begin to share or let go. Sometimes we might feel whatever those burdens are, theyâre now a fixed part of our identity. What if youâre tired of carrying it all, and you want to be truly FREE? (That was me). I thank God for His promises, available to all who want to hear and receive them. People can let us down, He wonât. Gratitude, love, joy, laughter, and forgiveness are some of the most powerful healers. Theyâre gifts from our faithful Father. We seek Him first, He guides us in HIS ways, He offers us the greatest adventure of our lives!
