Today we celebrate a decade of Greene Developers. 10 years of transforming land into opportunity, and vision into community.

What started as a dream has grown into a mission-driven journey focused on building equitable spaces, empowering future leaders, and laying foundations that last.

To every partner, student, community member, and supporter who’s been part of this story, thank you. This milestone belongs to all of us.

Honored to graduate from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program with Cohort 46, the best cohort. Grateful for an experience that pushed me to sharpen my strategy, refine my growth plan, and elevate our new Community Engagement division at Greene Developers.

Deep appreciation to the entire 10KSB team for the guidance, support, and commitment poured into every session. And of course, Cohort 46, truly the best. Shout out to my growth group Next Wave Alliance 🌊

This was a heavy lift while running a business, but I made it happen. I’m proud of the work, grateful for the relationships, and ready for the next chapter of impact and community-driven development.

I'm still hyped that we were recognized on the field at Yankee Stadium for winning the BX Factor Grant! 🙌🏾💰 So proud to stand alongside the other incredible fellows repping the Bronx with vision, hustle, and community impact.

This was so much fun. I'm truly grateful for the platform to share my vision, thank you to the Bronx Economic Development Corporation (BXEDC) for creating BX Factor and uplifting Bronx-based entrepreneurs who are building with purpose.

It was an honor to be named a finalist alongside four incredibly talented change makers. Congratulations to Ashonda Culcleasure 👏🏾👏🏾 She's doing big things in the BX!!I Also want to thank BronxNet Community Television for amplifying our stories, and extend appreciation to the judges, organizers, event staff, and sponsors for making the entire experience unforgettable.

I had the opportunity to pitch Urban Plan Education, a program designed to bring real estate development and community planning directly into Bronx public schools through hands-on, project-based learning.

Special thanks to the New York Yankees for the incredible opportunity to be recognized and walk on the field next month. That’s a dream come true, and a memory I'm looking forward to.

This journey reminded me: the Bronx is full of vision, resilience, and brilliance. I’m more committed than ever to this mission, and ready to build forward.

Blessed to have spent the day volunteering with my fellow National Multifamily Housing Council members at God’s Love We Deliver, an organization doing powerful work by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals to New Yorkers facing health challenges.

It was energizing to give back as a group, and even more meaningful to serve a mission rooted in care, compassion, and community. Moments like these remind me why we build, and who we’re building for.

Wrapped up another incredible UrbanPlan workshop, this time with the talented students of the Architecture class at Brooklyn Tech High School.

These future city shapers blew me away with their creative thinking, collaborative energy, and ability to tackle complex urban planning challenges. It’s a privilege to assist students in exploring the real-world trade-offs and community impact involved in land use decisions.

Big thanks to the ULI New York volunteers and Brooklyn Tech for creating space for this kind of learning. Programs like this are why I stay committed to building the pipeline of diverse, thoughtful leaders in real estate and design.

Big shoutout to St. Raymond High School students for diving into their first UrbanPlan session, facilitated by our us and dedicated ULI NY volunteers! Over the next month, these future leaders will tackle the real-world challenges of urban development, grappling with roles, trade-offs, and the complexities of creating mixed-use communities.

This is what experiential learning looks like: critical thinking, collaboration, and city-building, brick by Lego brick.

We are excited to announce that we were awarded a 2023 Neighborhood Business Grant from CitizensNYC! We plan on using the funds to establish a food pantry with healthy food options 🍲🥗🥕🫑🍅🥑 Thank you
