⏭️At Hair Addiction, a new year brings a fresh start—and some updated booking and cancellation policies.
⏭️As stylists, our goal is to serve you and help you look and feel your absolute best. To provide that high-quality service, mutual respect for time is essential. It is our job to run on schedule or notify you in ample time if we are running late or need to reschedule. We kindly ask for that same professional courtesy from our clients.
⏭️Because we run on tight schedules, empty spots mean our stylists lose their income for that time. To ensure we can continue providing the best experience, each stylist is now implementing their own specific cancellation, booking, and no-show policies.
📅 What to Expect When Booking:
* Booking Requirements: Some stylists may require a deposit or a credit card on file to secure your spot. (Please note: Cards held via the website are not charged upfront; they simply hold your appointment).
* Late Cancellations: Most stylists will charge 50% of the service booked for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
* No-Shows: A 100% fee will be charged for no-show appointments. This fee must be paid, and a deposit will be required for all future rebookings.
⚠️These updates help keep everyone accountable and ensure that every client gets the dedicated, quality time they are paying for.
