Doing some unorthodox testing on some of Fab-Lync’s fixture tables that have been in everyday use since we’ve built them. We want to have a better understanding where we might fall short with our customers.

- Are we selling something that degrades below expectations with time and use?

- If our customer gets creative, are our tools going to be what disappoints them?

- Pound for pound, dollar for dollar, can we proudly compete?

- How fast can we address issues and implement improvement?

There’s no denying it—everyone is feeling the pressure right now, and trying to get the best price possible just makes sense. We all do it.
