The first photo shows titanium jewelry from a manufacturer used by cheap shops who try to market themselves as safe and high quality. The 2nd and 3rd photo shows the jewelry I use here at . Both are titanium, both are internally threaded, both are clean and have never been used on someone but yet the difference is clear. One’s made to perfection and hand polished to a perfect mirror finish for the best possible results. The other has a rough surface and does not thread together properly leading to higher risks of irritation and loss of your jewelry. You get what you pay for.
