Twenty one years ago today thousands were murdered by cowardly religious zealots who were, and still are, intent on destroying our American way of life.

Hundreds upon thousands of my brothers and sisters from all of the Emergency Services sped to the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a field in Pennsylvania, some of them never made it home that night, and some that did paid the ultimate price months and years later. Some still suffer from ailments from that day, both physical and mental.

Since that day thousands more have died to protect our freedom, I pray for the men and women of our Armed Forces and for their safe return home. I pay tribute to my fallen brothers and sisters by living my life to the fullest in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

God Bless America. 🇺🇸

We will never forget.
