Hello Friends,
Last month we explored the Gospel of Thomas and its importance in Gnosticism.
This Sunday we will honor Mother’s Day with our focus on the Gnostic Gospel of Mary Magdalene. This Nag Hammadi text is important because its authorship is attributable to the other Mary in Yeshua’s life in addition to his mother, a woman known as the Apostle to the Apostles.
You are invited to join us to discover what this brief text means to you and how its simple yet profound teachings have been life changing for countless people.
Much love,
Rev. Belinda
Hello dear ones,
Please find below this Sunday's Facebook synopsis.
Many blessings,
Velma
Living as One Who Has Risen
In this third week after the Resurrection, we step into the sacred season of integration — the moment when awakening becomes embodiment. This Sunday we explore what it means to ground the risen life within us, to trust the inner teacher, and to live from the consciousness of the Christ that has already awakened. The question before us is no longer “Did the Resurrection happen?” but “How will I live as one who has risen?” Join us for a message of clarity, courage, and spiritual renewal.

All are welcome, come as you are.
Hello Friends,
Please join us on Sunday the 12th as we begin a journey into the Gnostic traditions, teachings and practices.
Found in 1946 near Nag Hammadi, these wisdom teachings or Dead Sea Scrolls “level up” the commonly printed texts of the standard biblical Gospels while offering documentation to support the teachings of Zoroastrianism, Hellenistic Judaism, Middle Platonism and even the 12th-14th century practices of the Cathars.
This Sunday we will begin by exploring several logion from the Gospel of Thomas and discuss possible current day applications.
As background, I have been a student of gnosticism for more than twenty years and a student of Unity for more than fifty. The two teachings overlap in many areas, while diverging in others.
You are invited to bring your curiosity with you on Sunday so that we might explore together.
Much love,
Rev. Belinda
Hello Friends,
Happy Holiday Holy Week, everyone.
This Sunday, Rick Busby, LUT, will gift is with our Easter message.
During the lenten observances leading up to Easter, we in Unity practice letting go of error consciousness and replacing it with affirmative thought.
On Easter we see the cross as a symbol reminding us to cross out those errors in order to improve our I Am conscious awareness.
I hope you will take time to connect with Unity of Temple at 1100 Sunday to enjoy the wisdom Rick will share.
Much love,
Rev. Belinda
