π Halloween PSA: Protect Your Teeth from Tricks & Treats! π¬
Halloween is all fun and gamesβuntil your teeth get a fright! π»
Here are a few spook-tacular tips to keep your smile healthy this season:
π¦· Choose wisely: Sticky, chewy, or sour candies cling to teeth and cause cavities. Go for chocolateβit rinses away easier!
π Time it right: Enjoy candy with meals instead of snacking all day. Saliva helps wash away sugar and acids.
π§ Drink water: Rinse your mouth with water after candy to reduce sugar buildup.
πͺ₯ Brush & floss: Brush twice a day (especially before bed!) and floss to remove trapped candy bits.
π¬ Donβt crunch hard candies: They can chip or crack teethβouch!
Keep your smile fang-tastic this Halloween!
