I'm Kristy Foegelle Lathrom, but please call me Tizzy. I have been creating cakes & sugar art for over 10 years. After a 14 year career in catering, I decided to follow my love of playing with food and attended culinary school in 2004. In 2008 I married the love of my life, Scott Lathrom, left my big-girl job, and started TizzyCakes. In addition to formal French culinary training, I have attended classes with celebrity sugar artists Marina Sousa, Mike McCarey, James Rosselle & Lorraine McKay.
