I’m all for giving people a chance. I have rented to felons, residents (non-citizens), and section 8 tenants from all walks of life. I’ve also been burned enough times to learn that there’s standards you cannot budge on.

As an investor, do you want a realtor who also invests, remodels houses, and builds houses from the ground up? Obviously having someone who is in touch with the market is essential, but having someone who can also provide accurate rehab/remodel costs, PPSF on new builds, and land analysis in your pocket can prove to be massively beneficial.

Grading progress on our custom build in Tanglewood. 3600 sq st of living requires a LOT of work.

Another 🔥 Deal! Thank you First Community Title - Texas for a smooth closing. It was awesome getting to represent a fellow service member and fellow cadet from my alma mater (UT🤘). This is his first big step into RE investing🫡. Super proud of his achievement! In this deal we managed to get:
