2026 Beef Availability Schedule

If you’re interested in purchasing beef through the end of 2026, please ensure you’re on our calendar, as availability is limited.

Available Now:
- 1/4 cow (about 80 lbs) -SOLD
- 1/4 cow (about 100 lbs)

Delivery in Early August:
- Whole cow (can be purchased in 1/4 cow increments)

Delivery in Early October:
- 1 cow - SOLD
- 1/2 cow- SOLD
- 1/4 cow - available

We are currently uncertain if there will be a December butchering this year. If you usually purchase in December, we recommend considering the October delivery or options available in early 2027.

Welcome to our new followers, it was great to meet you at the Wylie Farmers Market!

If you are looking for bulk meat but don’t have a ton of freezer space, we have 1/8 cow packages currently available along with our sampler packs:

1/8 cow ($700): 20 lbs ground beef….. 10 lbs of 1/3 lb hamburger patties (6/pkg)….. 10 lbs cutlets…. 10 lbs steak….2 roasts… 1 pkg soup bones…. 2 lbs liver.

We will deliver locally to Wylie the 1/8 cow at no cost. Smaller amounts can be picked up in Wylie.

Excited to participate in the first Wylie Farmers Market in 2026 with over FIFTY other vendors. The market starts at 9 am Saturday in the B&B Wylie movie theatre parking lot. Come get your beef for your Memorial Day cookout!!!

We will be back at the Wylie Farmers Market on May 16 selling our fresh grass fed/grain finished Angus beef. Come see us, we will have hamburger patties, ground beef, all steak cuts roasts and everything in between!
