Cameron joins Reading Advanced Machining with more than 13 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, and manufacturing support. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences, streamlining processes, and fostering long-term customer relationships across industrial manufacturing environments.

His background includes account management, customer service, shipping and logistics leadership, inventory control, order processing, and production supervision. Cameron's hands-on experience, combined with his business management education from Albright College, gives him a well-rounded perspective that will help support both our customers and our continued growth.

Prior to joining Reading Advanced Machining, Cameron held positions with Global Packaging, Prizer-Painter Stoveworks, and Carpenter Technology, where he consistently demonstrated strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Cameron's customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make him a great addition to the RAM team. We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the experience and energy he'll bring as we continue to grow and serve our customers.

Our team at Reading Advanced Machining had a great time participating in the Olivet Invitational Golf Tournament at Ledgerock Golf Club. We were proud to field a team and sponsor one of the holes in support of the Olivet Boys' & Girls' Club of Reading & Berks County.
