In May and June, the Cultural Activities Center’s theme is Art is Everywhere: Healing. Join us for a “Wooosssahhh Wednesday” Lunch and Learn: The Healing Art of Resonance & Breath.

When we slow down and allow ourselves to be in the present moment. Only connected to our body and breath, the nervous system can reset. Cortisol drops, Shallow breathing gives way to Deep cleansing breaths. From this place of peace, creativity,and inspiration have room to expand. This guided session will be a mini retreat. Light breathwork and mediation accompanied by frequency music. with a light lunch

DISCOVER THE ART OF PRINTMAKING ■ This summer, explore texture, ink, layering, and creative experimentation in a special four-part printmaking series with artist Emmi Hasselbach at the CAC.

Designed for beginners and creatives alike, each workshop offers hands-on instruction and an opportunity to learn foundational printmaking techniques in a welcoming studio environment.

LITTLE CHEFS. BIG CREATIVITY. This summer, young chefs can learn hands-on cooking skills with Chef Kim from Over the Plate during our Kids Cooking Classes at the Cultural Activities Center.
