ASHLER HILLS PARK: Valley Rain is proud to have recently completed Ashler Hills Park in Scottsdale! Nestled in the stunning desert landscape, this park offers a variety of amenities including 8 pickleball courts, a lighted basketball court, a shaded playground for kids of all ages, exercise equipment, picnic areas, and a restroom building with convenient walking paths. With its calming, picturesque atmosphere, Ashler Hills Park is the perfect destination for a peaceful day of relaxation and fun with family and friends.

SOUTH MOUNTAIN ACIVITY COMPLEX: Valley Rain has recently broken ground on an exciting new project at South Mountain in Phoenix after celebrating it’s 100 year anniversary! Spanning approximately 13.5 acres, this site will feature a variety of amenities, including restroom buildings, two large pavilions (one nearly the size of a football field!), and 7 ramadas with picnic tables and site furnishings. Known for its scenic trails, Phoenix is a beloved destination for Arizona residents, and this project will be a fantastic addition to the area’s outdoor recreational offerings.
