Kevin, was assigned to the repair of our Samsung dishwasher. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very polite and respectful. Kevin did a complete diagnostic exam of our dishwasher. He identified that the drain pump bearings were faulty and replaced the pump. The normal cycle was activated and the dishwasher completed its cycle without any issues. No gap in communication everybody's super solid really good team.
They knew exactly what needed to be done to repair my Samsung refrigerator and other than not having one part because they had already sold it before they got here it was fast. They showed up the next morning early to knock it out and I have ice and refrigerator that's working top notch again.
