The goal was never to build a run club.
The goal was to build a community.
A place where people can show up exactly as they are, move their body, meet good people, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Every Thursday night.
3 miles.
Walk or run.
Any pace welcome.
šš optional.
Movement mandatory. šš½āāļø
Tomorrow: Salt River trail š
6 AM
Bring water, snacks, good energy, and be ready for an adventure.
120 second post trail race WIN talk with my family.
For this trail race, I wanted to challenge myself even more.
Iād already been manifesting a first-place finish and a course record⦠so I thought, why not make it harder?
No headlamp.
No watch.
Pitch black mountains at 8 PM.
Didnāt even know the course.
Just running off trail markers, instinct, and faith.
Still got the job done.
First place. Course record.
High as f**k.
End of discussion.
Honestly⦠I think itās time.
This is bigger than just running or coaching.
Itās mindset. Discipline. Consistency. Health. Content. Business. Faith. Movement. Learning how to actually become a productive, successful smoker instead of letting the plant control you.
A lot of people smoke.
Not a lot of people are building, creating, leading, training, winning, and still showing up every single day.
Thatās the difference.
If youāve been following the journey and would genuinely be interested in mentorship, guidance, training, content, mindset, or leveling up your lifestyle overall⦠comment an emoji or shoo the kid a DM
Blaming the plant? Check yourself first before you do that. Letās have some accountability with ourselves first before we let blame a plant for our āinconveniences and issuesā

I used to dream about winning a trail race.
Not just finishing⦠winning.
A course record too.
My first trail race was in 2024 with basically no experience. Since then, thereās been wrong turns, blown races, suffering, getting humbled by the mountains, and even questioning if I should just stick to the roads.
But the trails teach you something different. They expose you. They force you to grow. Thatās why I stayed with it.
Six races later:
1st place.
Course record.
A record untouched since 2022.
2 wins in 4 races this year. God is good.
From 4 miles to 50 to 100⦠I want all of it. The pain, the growth, the lessons, the wins.
And to everybody still saying the plant makes people lazy the only thing thatāll slow you down is you.
End the stigma.
Itās always you vs you. šš
Congratulations.
You made it to the next level.
Now the next opponent is you.
Not your past.
Not the people doubting you.
Not the people lowering your vibration.
You.
The habits you keep feeding.
The comfort you refuse to leave.
The excuses you keep protecting.
Growth starts when you finally decide to suffer for something greater than your current self.
Thatās why we hike.
Thatās why we run.
Thatās why we keep showing up in the Arizona heat.
The plant š never slowed me down.
Lack of purpose does.
End the stigma.
Move with intention. šš½š
