Meet my kababayans, Marcus and Danilyn.
My first Filipino clients in my real estate career.

Way back June of 2024, Marcus reached out to me through social media and asked how to get a new home here in the valley. He and his family just arrived from California and were still renting at this time.

Days after, we sat down in my office, explained the process, and got to work right away.

There were obstacles along the way that was beyond our control, which led to the delay of their home-owning journey.

I kept reminding them that I won't stop until the job is finished. Giving up was just not an option.

After one year of waiting, researching, and looking at different homes, they found the one and they're finally new homeowners. Got an awesome rate with concessions on the side!

From clients to friends, especially with the kids!

One beautiful thing they did for me was introduce me to a Korean Barbecue Restaurant and treated me there. I brought my wife there the next week and it became my wife's favorite Korean barbecue restaurant to this day. A full circle moment I tell ya. Lol

Meet my brother, Burhan!

I met this awesome individual at an open house last year together with his wife. He shared that they had an agent, signed paperwork with him/her, but things just didn't work out for them.

They weren't in a rush whatsoever. They wanted to find the perfect home for them.

We found a great home and set up a time to look at it. By the moment he decided to go submit an offer, it was already pending.

We found another one, but as soon as we were about to set up a time to look at it, the house already had multiple offers and wouldn't accept viewings anymore.

But then, we found this home. Fresh in the market. Only a week! We looked at it twice, but as we decided to go for it, the home already had another offer. Though, it wasn't accepted yet.

I talked with the listing agent and we negotiated. I didn't want Burhan to lose again.

As I always say, 'in no way am I giving up on my clients.'

Fast forward, Burhan and his wife got the home, and even had seller concessions on top of it to cover their closing costs.

I wasn't able to be there when they moved in their new home because I had to go home to the Philippines, but here we are a month after.
I wanted to meet up with him a day before his birthday so that I could be the first one to greet him in person. Lol
