VOWAID Foundation delivers targeted assistance to veterans in need. The Veterans of War Aid Foundation (VOWAID) is a non-profit organization founded by U.S.

Service Members, dedicated to helping socially responsible businesses team up with combat veterans in order to promote stability, growth, and self-empowerment. VOWAID will continue to establish new and different campaigns to tackle some of the many challenges faced by combat veterans and their families. Even the manner in which VOWAID operates creates opportunities for such assistance, and we try

to maximize these opportunities at every step of the process. Furthermore, we aim to accomplish our goals without complete and perpetual reliance on donations and external support. We believe that charity should be a self-sustaining mechanism that gives back more than it takes in. We also believe that capitalism is the best profit-maximizing mechanism in economics. As such, we have designed an operating philosophy that enables us to exchange services and financing for reciprocated support from commercial enterprises. Such support will fuel VOWAIDs philanthropic missions. Our foundation will raise capital in order to invest into morally responsible companies. Returns from such investments will help maintain revenue flow to support VOWAID’s charitable campaigns. Aside from using these companies to broaden VOWAID’s financial portfolio, the intent is for our business partners and other cooperating entities to train and employ service members in need of job skills and employment and to offer mentorship programs to the children of disabled and fallen heroes. Our further goal is to convince all participating companies to donate additional profits back to VOWAID and its mission. This network of trusted companies will form the backbone of VOWAID’s financial independence and help promote a socially responsible corporate America. VOWAID will, in return, use its networks and resources to assist in the growth and development of VOWAID sponsored companies, accelerating awareness of their brand through VOWAID’s public relations and marketing initiatives.

***We have now created a BIRTH HOSPITALITY CLUB! VOWAID is collecting donations of lightly used baby items to create care packages for Veteran Moms, Active Duty Military moms and Military Spouses in need. We care deeply about our children and will do all we can to help them.

Every time I set up a volunteer opportunity for VOWAID, I always end up reconnecting with someone I served with, spent time with, shared memories together, laughed, cried, learned, etc. Usmc is a small and very selected family. I confess I have never been the same after getting out, I started VOWAID, with the goal to find that amazing purpose again, to help lead and impact my own Vet community. When I get news that su***de wins after all, I get that sick feeling in my stomach where I just simply failed. What else could have I done? Was I present enough? It’s a lingering powerless, dark, impotent chain that drags you down. I cry, I suffer and I give all my pain to the Holy Spirit that helps me continue and keep fighting to be a source of strength to my brothers and sisters in arms. I feel your anxiety, your loneliness, your disconnection. I know, I relate. I’m here. Always. Please know that. Call me. Anytime. I will be there. If I can’t do anything to help, I will pray and I know how powerful that can be. I rely on my faith to never give up, and after all, I urged every one of you to keep fighting. Connor Ridikulus, I will miss your handsome face. I will remember you on the red carpet smiling and being the most handsome of my volunteers in the spot light in front of all the cameras, I will remember how excited you told me that day was for you. I’m sorry I failed you. I’m sorry you gave up and felt there was no other option but to take your own life to end your pain. I just didn’t know. I wish you told me. I would have unconditionally been there for you.
