Plumbers have just about everything dialed in before the electricity gets put in and then onto shooting the gunite structure of the pool.

The 2020 Iconic Haus is getting a 1500sq ft attached guest suite in Paradise Valley, with a separate entrance from the driveway, which used to go into the man cave shop previously.
You are looking at a 4000lb beam that will support the 20’ stacking doors which will open up to the pool and lush landscaping.
A perfect addition completing the needs for this family.

Quartz Mountain.
One of those builds that makes you earn it.
Most people see the finish — clean lines, natural light, how calm it feels walking in.
What they don’t see is what it took to get there.
Two months of hard dig for the pad , foundation footings , retaining walls and utility trenches , slicing into the hillside, engineering the foundation and installing all of it so it actually hold without heaving or settling.
Off site and on site storm and retention excavation — getting the ground right before anything else could even start.
Then the design work — dialing in proportions, bringing in natural materials, keeping the palette quiet so the light and the views do what they’re supposed to from every angle.
Nothing forced.
Nothing extra.
Just done the right way.

Threading the needle with this one
Installing a 4k lb beam isn’t as easy as it looks.
The framers wanted to bring in a 100 Ton crane, which would be easy on a new construction projects but not under these circumstances.
We couldn’t bring a crane in because it would destroy the paver driveway.
After a few rounds with steel, calculations point loads from the equipment we used a reach fork and a very seasoned operator who threaded the needle getting this beam flow in with out any issues.
