I’m heartbroken to share that we have to cancel tomorrow’s Plant Buffet.

Earlier this year, the heat wave that reached 104° caused significant losses across our plants and growing operation. We did everything we could to recover, but the damage was more than we were able to come back from in time.

On top of that, I was recently laid off from my other job, which means I can no longer personally fund NAMA through these losses.

Because of this, NAMA will also be closing.

This is an incredibly difficult announcement to make. Since the beginning, NAMA has always been a vessel for anyone willing to be a part of it. We have been a place for yoga, plants, books, healing, education, community, arts, comedy, music, and care. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported us, showed up for our events, bought plants, took classes, shared our posts, and believed in what we were trying to grow.

Thank you for being part of NAMA’s story. We’re sorry we won’t be able to host tomorrow’s Plant Buffet, and we appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

We will continue to be available at Arrowhead Farmers Market starting next Saturday 8-11am, off 75th Ave and the 101 to liquidate our inventory as our schedule permits.
