Concrete tilt panels are more than just walls. They are a critical part of a building's structural shell.

From precise engineering and layout to reinforcing, forming, pouring, lifting and setting, every panel represents countless hours of coordination and craftsmanship. Getting them right takes experience, planning and attention to detail at every stage.

What looks simple once standing is the result of a massive team effort behind the scenes. Proud of the progress we are making at the site of Boyer Avondale for The Boyer Company.

Today, we pause to reflect and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Got together with our friends from ATLAS PHX at their new office last week for a Marty Supreme-inspired ping pong bash. The outfits, the energy and the competition were on point.

Sun State Builders is proud to support College Bound AZ and their mission to expand access to higher education for underrepresented students. Recently, we sponsored backpacks stocked with essential school supplies to help students feel organized, prepared, and confident.

We've started vertical construction at the site of WorkBay's next location in Queen Creek. Four buildings totaling 64,750 square feet, made up of 56 individual suites built for small business owners. Units range from 500 to 2,500 square feet with drive-up roll-up doors, high-power electrical and flexible lease terms, basically everything a small business needs to operate and grow.

Sun State Builders is excited to be part of expanding Workbay's operations in Arizona with our second design-build project for the flex industrial developer, following WorkBay Glendale, a RED Award Project of the Year finalist.

Another night pour in the books at the site of Boyer Avondale, a 77,500-square-foot design-build spec building for The Boyer Company. Slabs are now complete and this building will be taking shape soon, so stay tuned.

Last week, our leadership team attended the NCBOI AEC Development Day, a powerful gathering of leaders across architecture, engineering, and construction, covering everything from AI and emerging technology to financial strategies and business development. Special shoutout to Rachelle Smith-Strole with Capital Asset Management, LLC and Bob Mulhern with Transwestern, your sessions were a highlight of the day.

Progress update from the future home of Pure Logic Industries: framing is underway on the front of their 29,845-square-foot office and production facility, with skylights and foam roof in place. This space is being built to support a wide range of high-tech manufacturing, including life-saving technology like blood pumps for heart and lung machines and spacecraft crew module seats for NASA.

It is a privilege for Sun State Builders to bring facilities like this to life.

Mike Forst, along with a few of our valued subcontractors, traded their hard hats for fishing rods and hit the water for a well-deserved break. Working with people who share our values and our commitment to delivering quality construction makes it all possible. At Sun State Builders, we are grateful for the many relationships we've built over the years.
