Today we celebrate International Day of Sign Languages! This day is celebrated annually during the International Week of the Deaf, which takes place each year on September 23rd. This date was chosen because it coincides with the establishment of the World Federation of the Deaf in 1951. Let us celebrate the beautiful language that helps our loved ones who are deaf or hard of hearing communicate with the world every day!

Our team had a blast this past weekend at the Inclusive Family Bonanza with Care 4 the Caregivers in Tucson! It was so amazing seeing our southern Arizona community come together to connect in a sensory-friendly environment focused on accessible and interactive activities. We always love seeing our community support one another at amazing events like these! 🫶

Absolute HCBS members, it’s that time of year again! We are so excited to announce that our Fall Sensory Bag registration will be opening next week starting on Monday, September 21st and ending on Friday, October 9th (or until registration is full at 180 bags.)

Sensory bags are offered biannually, absolutely free for our members, and feature a variety of sensory tools and activities suitable for all ages and abilities. All items are hand-picked to provide members with a variety of experiences. We have some amazing new sensory items lined up!
