Summary:
Under minimal direction, works as an effective team member to perform tasks such as complex electro-mechanical assembly.
Qualifications/Skills:
 IPC-A-610 Certified.
 Basic math skills Ability to recognize and distinguish colors.
 Detail oriented with good problem solving skills must be able to know and recognize the difference between a variety of hand tools.
 Ability to read and comprehend English.
 Ability to obtain ESD Certification.
 Ability to comprehend written assembly instructions.
 Knowledge of component prep and manual insertion of electrical components onto Printed Circuit Boards is a plus.
 Able to perform mechanical assembly of small electrical components
 Able to use epoxy and RTV or any adhesives as needed.
 All other duties as prescribed.
Responsibilities:
 Performs assembly following manufacturing procedures and blueprints.
 Able to complete manufacturing work order documentation.
 Cross trains and maintains certification across all operations within a work area. (Optional)
 Trains others in operations where certification is maintained. (Optional)
 Works effectively with other team members to ensure that quality and delivery expectations are met.
 Follows policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
 Responsible for cleanliness and organization of area.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.
