Automythical Art

More experiments with the airbrush. This is basically a great vehicle for my imagination to live out its firms. I had no idea what the random passages I started with would yield. This looks like some Dr. Moreau insectoid creation. It's still in the works. Will add some reds and black followed by white highlights soon.

My most recent exploration of airbrush. I had zero idea when I started it. Only that I wanted to do more freehand "sketches". The problem comes when you don't know when to put the brush down. You can overheat the air source. I think I'm going mad. 😆

I could keep going....This one took my more time but I enjoyed every minute of it. I used an Iwata Micron for all of this sphere. So that concludes the primitives. I can't wait to try something more interesting. But making mundane things interesting is part of the game I believe.

A cylinder is not what most of us want to paint but when learning a new medium it can go a long way. Let's see what might come of it in the near future. I'm using the Paasche double action V model airbrush, here.
