Happy Father's Day from us to you!

There are so many ways to say thank you, and I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to the ladies who have joined me on this journey!
Sometimes, especially in business, you do things, and no one shows up or no one buys one thing, and for 3 weeks, these ladies have hung in there! They have made the commitment and stuck to it.
I am so proud of each of you! Next week is the final Saturday, and it is giving "chill out dude ".
I would like to take a moment to remind everyone that Hip Hop Fun Fitness is NOT a dance class. It is a movement class designed for women to wake up parts of their body that have been out of commission for a while.
If you remember 3 years ago, I fell and bruised my hip. On the way to recovery, it was discovered that my spine and hip are "plagued with arthritis ". Why am I sharing?
Not so you can feel sorry for me. It is to let you know that this is my why.
As a woman, I know how hard it is to go physically from on top to all the way to the bottom.
Building yourself up and your strength up is not easy, but you can do it!
