Have you ever felt like no one believes in you? Like everything is making sense to you but no one around you. Like you are fighting your fears and everyone else’s. Trust me I understand! The only reason why I am here now is because I know God has something bigger for me. I know that tackling not only my fears and insecurities but also those around me are necessary to make it where I am needed next. How can I help you if I can’t help me? All of those things I know. And that is exactly why Tricky Royalty exists. To be by your side when your name is called. To be in the stands with you when everyone else around you doubts you.
One of my favorite lines from my favorite poem is “if you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you”.
This morning I am giving thanks to the creator for the gift of clarity. Seasons 1 and 2 of this year were real life thrillers and I welcome the calm of season 3. What excites me the most is how afraid I am! There is something powerful about taking a leap forward in gratitude.
July looks like hanging with like-minded women who need a break from the bull just like you. That need to start moving with women who are like them. Who need to scream and reclaim their life just like them.

July 1 — Virtual Rage Release Event (8–8:30 AM | Online) — Grab your sage and let it go, sis. Start the month by releasing what no longer serves you. You deserve that.
July 11 — Sunset Sip & Paint (5:45–7:45 PM | Sozo Healing House) — An incredible collab with Bex Beltran of Painting with Friends. Spots are limited — grab yours before they're gone.
July 11 & 18 — Cruisin' Classics Fun Fitness (7:45–8:45 AM | Tempe, AZ) — Movement that actually feels like joy. Good vibes, classic music, and a room full of women showing up for themselves. $27 for both or $15 per class.
July 17 — 90's Coloring, Community & Coffee (12–2 PM) — Come color, connect, and just exhale for a little while. You need this. We all do.
