Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC) acquired the last remaining property within the West Point Towne Center Planned Community located directly along the west side of Grand Avenue and at the intersection with Dysart Road in early 2015. To accommodate the development plan for the future West-MEC campus, a minor amendment to the formerly adopted Planned Area Development was managed by LVA on behalf of the former property owner in cooperation with the West-MEC team. The Surprise City Council approved the zoning amendment in December of 2014.

Collins Creek is a 60-lot single family subdivision within the North Black Canyon Corridor of North Phoenix. LVA led the preparation and City of Phoenix approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plat by defining the subdivision configuration and resolving site constraint challenges. Ashton Woods Homes - Phoenix opened this community to home sales in 2014.
