Coming this January!!

Things have been pretty quiet with Indigo Box Meals lately. Why? Because we are changing our menu to a more gourmet plant-based concept. We are coming up with some really delicious, out of the box food experiences!

Pan seared watermelon steak with a balsamic reduction and mint. I paired it with roasted bok choy, fingerling potatoes, leeks, and fennel.
