Cheese Dynamite - Paborito ni Husband. Hindi niya pinapaalis ang mga buto at membrane ng sili para maanghang daw.

Hiniwaan ang sili at nilagyan ng mozzarella sticks (gamitin ang gusto mong cheese).

Wrap it using the spring roll wrapper (you can also use lumpia wrapper pero marami itong butas, lalabas ang cheese). Double wrap it if you want, to help prevent the cheese from oozing out. Seal it using water or egg wash.

Fry it in hot oil until the wrapper is crispy and golden brown. Let it cool down and enjoy!
