This week, Christian represented Canopy Tempe as a finalist in the Brucato Amaro cocktail competition at Devil’s Hideaway with his original creation, the Sunset Orchard. He didn’t take home the top spot, but he was a serious top contender, and we couldn’t be prouder.

The Sunset Orchard is a light, sweet sip built for a crisp autumn evening: Brucato Amaro Orchards, Golden Eagle vodka, Disaronno amaretto, orgeat, and fresh lemon, shaken and served tall over ice with a flamed orange peel. Sweet stone fruit, toasted almond, and a kiss of citrus smoke.

In honor of Christian’s finalist run, the Sunset Orchard is our drink of the week. Come by the bar, raise a glass, and taste what put him on the podium.
