The Built Method
Est. 2015. Practicing The Built Method. Musculoskeletal Therapy. By doing this we release the deep fascia and problem muscles causing stiffness and pain.
Licensed massage therapists that reset the body's posture by using a Built Therapy unique technique. Based on anatomy, we pinpoint individual muscles directly related to the patients cause of ailments and work those muscles from their origin to insertion points. For athletes.. the technique increases range of motion (ROM) of the joints. Similar to foam rolling, but deeper and more precise.
Looking to regain mobility and move better? We did some fun hip testing before and after with this session. We tested hip flexion and adductors by attempting the splits. Progress was made ๐.

This client had been dealing with front hip pain. Mainly due to overactive quad and hip flexor muscles during exercise. We decided to run a test to measure hip extension before and after our session.
We worked on the quad, adductors, and hip flexors. The before pic shows a limited range of motion through hip extension due to tight front hip. The after shows almost a foot greater range of motion and better glute activation by undoing the attachments of the front hip.
