IMO, it is those who PROVIDE the BETTING ODDS.
They are far less worried about influencing voting than they are about providing “a line in the sand” (ie, betting odds) that equally entices bets for TRUMP and HARRIS.

* Others states (NV & MI) are so close, it’s a pick
