What if the first step toward feeling better wasn't doing more...
What if it was learning how to relax?
One of the first things we practice in Tai Chi isn't a movement.
It's relaxation...intentionally softening the body so you can move with greater awareness.
That might sound simple, but it's something many of us rarely practice.
Tai Chi offers a different experience.
Before the movement begins, we pause.
We breathe.
We settle into the body.
Then we move.. not from tension but from presence.
Join us every Tuesday at 5:45 PM and experience the practice for yourself.

By the time Thursday comes around, you’ve probably already carried a lot this week.
Work. Family. School. Responsibilities. Decisions. Your phone. Your thoughts. All the little things that keep your mind moving from one thing to the next.
So what if, before the week completely gets away from you, you gave yourself 60 minutes to slow down?
That’s what I really love about our Thursday Calming Sound Bath.
You come in... You get comfortable... You lay down.
And for the next 60 minutes, you don’t really have to do anything.
We’ll begin with a little grounding and intention setting, then move into a 40-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls before giving you some time to slowly come back, reflect, and integrate.
It’s simple. And sometimes simple is exactly what we need.
Thursday gives us this beautiful little window toward the end of the week to check in with ourselves before immediately moving into whatever comes next.
Maybe your mind has been running all week. Maybe your body feels tense. Maybe you’ve been taking care of everyone else. Or maybe you simply want an hour without your phone, your responsibilities, or another thing you need to accomplish. Give your nervous system an opportunity to settle. Give your mind somewhere quieter to go.
And give yourself 60 minutes where nothing is being asked of you.

🌕 There’s something powerful that happens when Nereyda and Mayuly come together in the same room.
If you’ve experienced either of them individually, you already know the depth of care and intention they bring into the spaces they facilitate.
But when they come together?
It creates a different kind of container 😀
For our upcoming Full Moon Gathering, Nereyda and Mayuly will be joining their practices of Reiki + Sound for a 90-minute experience centered around the Full Moon and awakening the confidence that already lives within you.
This month’s theme: Courage + Taking Action
This full moon carries an energy of courage, action, independence, and trusting yourself enough to move forward. And rather than asking you to do more, this experience gives you space to become still enough to reconnect with that fire within you.
You'll settle in and simply receive.
The vibration of crystal singing bowls will move throughout the room while Reiki is offered alongside the sound.. creating layers of support for the body, mind, and nervous system. And with Mayuly + Nereyda holding the space together, you'll be supported by two facilitators bringing their own intuition, presence, and years of practice into one shared experience.
We'll begin with education around the Full Moon and this month's theme, move into Reiki + Sound, and close with reflection and journaling so you have time to notice what came forward for you.
Join us this Saturday.. we will see you there! 🌕

One of the reasons Sound Bath can feel so supportive is because it gives your nervous system something simple to focus on.
Most of us spend a lot of time in a busy, alert state.
Over time, the body can start to feel like it’s always “on.”
A sound bath gives your system a different experience.
Your body gets the message that it’s safe to slow down.
From a nervous system perspective, this matters.
When the body feels safe enough to relax, the breath can slow down, the muscles can soften, and the mind may begin to quiet. This can support the shift out of stress mode and into a more regulated state.
It’s not just about relaxing for one hour.
It’s about practicing calm before the week begins.
It’s about teaching your body what it feels like to slow down, rest, and reset.
And the more consistently you practice that, the more familiar calm can become.
Join us tonight for Sunday Sound Bath and give your nervous system one hour to settle.

How often do we show up for everyone else before we show up for ourselves?
We keep promises to other people. We make time for what needs to get done. We take care of responsibilities, relationships, work, family… and somehow our own needs keep getting pushed further down the list.
So maybe saying “I’m here, and I’m here to stay” is really about making a commitment to yourself.
To listen to yourself.
To take your needs seriously.
To keep showing up even when things feel uncomfortable.
You are worth showing up for ♥️

How many times have you felt angry… and immediately tried to make it go away?
Maybe you told yourself:
“I shouldn’t be this upset.”
“It’s not that big of a deal.”
“Just let it go.”
“I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable.”
Especially as women, many of us have learned how to be polite, accommodating, understanding, and easy to be around. But what if your anger isn’t something you always need to get rid of?
What if sometimes it’s trying to tell you:
This doesn’t feel okay.
I need something different.
A boundary has been crossed.
I matter here too.
This class is an opportunity explore anger differently... not by reacting, judging it, or forcing ourselves to “calm down,” but by slowing down and listening to what our bodies may be trying to communicate.
We’ll use breath, music, reflection, and guided moving meditation to explore self-love, boundaries, expression, and what it feels like to take up space in your own body. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace and listen to your own body throughout the experience.
Join us! Try something new...
