Nizhoniful Me
Hello, my name is Caitlin and I am a Navajo lifestyle & fashion content creator.
I hope to provide you with useful styling tips, outfit inspiration, and share my thrift finds all while embracing my Navajo culture.
Attend a Navajo wedding with me! β¨οΈ
This was my very first Navajo wedding that I've attended and it was such a special experience. π
I feel really blessed to have been invited and want to congratulate my cousin Jordan & his wife Tate on getting married. π€π
Iβm going to a Navajo wedding, so letβs sew something to wear! βοΈβ¨
I found this beautiful satin fabric from & I knew it would be perfect for this project. Satin can be a tricky fabric to sew with and a bit out of my comfort zone but, in the end, I learned a lot and the dress came out beautiful! π
Let me know in the comments what I should sew next!
Spent the night at the rodeo πβ¨
I donβt usually go to events like this, but it was really special getting to experience something that means so much within the community.
Thank you for inviting me! π
If you're a Native seamstress, you need to check this place out! βοΈβ¨οΈ
I came here looking for the perfect fabric for my masani skirt & their velvet options were endless. π
They also had a whole wall of ribbon in various sizes, just imagine the ribbon skirts you could make with these!
I ended up leaving with a pink velvet, as well as a blue velvet fabric, and I can already tell these masani skirts are going to be so cute! πͺ‘π
They actually have three locations in the Valley, so let me know if you end up checking them out.

What better way to show your love to someone than making them a Navajo Tea bouquet? βΊοΈπΈ
This project reminds me so much of picking Navajo tea with my family and how we would sit around the table in my masΓ‘nΓβs hogan drinking our tea. βοΈπ
Let me know if you plan to try this out! ππΌ
