Pairing Events with the Sommelier
Whether you are looking for a treat for your customers (e.g.: wine-club members), a team-building event or something different to spice up your private party, I will work with you to design a pairing event tailored on your specifications, from a light “Sip&Go”, to a full wine-paired dinner experience. I can also provide catering. Examples: Sip&Go: 3 wines/3 tapas in 30 mins (description of wines, tasting basics)
Cheese&Cheers: 5 wines/5 cheeses in 50 mins
