Enjoy a special feature with the Dear Bros Vintage Baseball Team and hear from historian Mindy Johnson as you explore baseball history and Temecula’s past.

Got talent and a little creativity up your sleeve? The Temecula Mural Project is looking for artists to bring the “Summer Fun” theme to life!

This program gives artists the chance to showcase their craft by painting murals on a variety of topics, facilitated by Temecula Community Services.

This exhibit honors the service and legacy of Major Ford and the brave Black soldiers who served their country after transitioning from slavery to military service.

Join historian Mindy Johnson for February’s Out of the Archives: Railroads & Trains and learn how the railroad once rolled right through town.

You’ll get to see historic artifacts from the museum’s collection up close in the TVM rotunda, proof that Temecula’s past really was full steam ahead.

The Buffalo Soldiers: Major George W. Ford Exhibit runs February 13 – April 5, 2026 at the Temecula Valley Museum.

This exhibit honors Major George William Ford and his fellow Buffalo Soldiers, brave men who journeyed from enslavement to enlistment and helped shape our nation with grit, courage, and determination.

Take a look, learn a little, and walk out knowing more than when you walked in.

Linda Hollis, the exhibit’s creator and a descendant of Major George W. Ford, will share powerful stories about the Buffalo Soldiers, Major Ford’s military service, and the family legacy behind this remarkable chapter of American history.
