5.2 magnitude quake near Borrego Springs felt across Southern California A strong and very shallow earthquake struck Friday in Anza Borrego Desert State Park in northern San Diego County, followed by several aftershocks.

Severe storms with hail moved through Highlands Ranch and surrounding areas on June 6th. These conditions resulted in damage to properties.
