DraftKings and their largest competitor FanDuel have been working towards a merger. This proposed merger was blocked today with the Federal Trade Commission announcing plans to file for an injunction. The FTC says this combination would limit the competitive landscape and put 90% of the daily fantasy sports market under one company.
