This week we were busy with the following tasks
1. Data recovery on 3 external drives
2. Two gaming desktop that would not boot up
3. Two Macbook Pro 13 inch laptop repair
4. One HP laptop that was stuck on windows screen
5. Dell laptop with message "cpu fan failed to start"

This week we worked on 3 iMac, from two 20 in and one 27 inch - all three reported the iMac is slow and unresponsive
1. one had a defective hard drive 2. the other two needed upgrade to faster hard drive and memory upgrades. Photo and a shaky video taken with one hand on the iPhone will be posted below
