What is tempura? Tempura is made by taking vegetables or fish and battering them with a mixture of wheat flour and water then deep-frying them. Primarily eaten by dipping the pieces of tempura in tentsuyu sauce, a seasoning made with dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. Oishii Desu!

What is sashimi? Sashimi is thinly sliced raw fish that is served without rice. It has a delicate flavor that is fresh and slightly salty. The texture of the fish is firm but smooth, and it melts in your mouth.
