Threw some ribs on this massive unit for a hail and farewell out here. Must have been good, since there were none left at the end!

St. Barbara is the patron saint of the field artillery. As such, every year we take time to celebrate St. Barbara's Day. She is such an integral part of the field artillery that I named this company after her when I ended my Active Duty time as a Marine Artillery officer.

It was my honor and privilege to have the opportunity to cater 11th Marine Regiment's St. Barbara's Day dinner last week. These are the only two pictures I was able to take before my phone died and we were swamped with 550+ hungry Marines. Food was a big hit; here's hoping we can come back and do it again next year!

Thanksgiving turkeys and pulled pork turned out great! Nothing left at the end of the night.

Thanks for having us come out, Colorado West Construction! Did up some tri-tip, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and our Mac N Cheese and coleslaw. We got cleaned out!

Late post, but we had a great time catering the 5/11 Change of Command a few weeks ago! Congratulations to LtCol Whitefield for a successful tour as Steel Rain 6 and good luck to LtCol Boston.

It's always good to return to 11th Marines and Fiddler's Green. This time it was to remember SSgts Bell and Cardin, and posthumously initiate them into the Honorable Order of St Barbara.

The Honorable Order of Saint Barbara is awarded to those individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity and moral character, displayed an outstanding degree of professional competence, served the Artillery with selflessness; and contributed to the promotion of the Artillery branch.

Had the absolute privilege of catering for ambassadors at the 2023 Oscars. VOWAID is a phenomenal veteran-run nonprofit focused on veterans helping veterans. I highly recommend checking them out!

Had an absolute blast catering a wetdown for a Marine I served with back at 2/11! Well deserved, sir!

We served pulled pork, pulled chicken, and spare ribs, complemented by our homemade BBQ sauces. You know it's good when there are no leftovers after the event!

Had a great time catering the Grand Opening for the cheaper stuff store on Saturday! Pulled pork, pulled chicken, and coleslaw were big hits!
